• $100 nonrefundable deposit required at time of booking, full balance required to be paid the day of the event. Card on file required for incidentals.

• Bundle any bouncer with soft play for $100 off your reservation.

• Events taking place in the off-season (Nov-March) will receive 10% off!

FAQ

• Does Party With Auntie provide an employee/attendant for the term of the rental?
• No. All of our packages are unattended at this time. We take care of set up, take down, and cleaning of the equipment. The responsible adult(s) at the party, typically the person booking, is liable and responsible to ensure all equipment is used safely and within the guidelines provided by PWA.
  

• Are you insured?
  
• Yes, we carry commercial liability and personal property insurance. Also, we possess the appropriate requirements for most public venues in the state of Iowa. Please reach out with any questions.
  

• What are your operating/business hours?
  
• Our hours are your hours. We are open and available when you need us to be.
  

• How often and with what products is the equipment cleaned?
  
• We love to clean! Each piece of equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use, utilizing a non-toxic, fragrance free, residue free cleaner which kills 99% of bacteria, viruses, mold, germs.
  

• Is it ok if kids are outside the age recommendation for the equipment we will be renting?
  
• Age recommendations are listed on the product pages but you know your kiddos best. For example, if your 3 year old wants a favor party, we absolutely can modify the activities to be more age appropriate. However, this may require you (the adults) to be more ‘hands on’ during the event. Please double check with us before booking outside of the age recommendations.

• What is your policy in the event of inclement weather?
  
• Your $100 deposit (taken at the time of booking) can be applied to a reservation for a future date. Refunds of the deposit will not be distributed based on weather-related cancellations. We highly recommend having a back-up plan with an alternative venue or date during rainy season.
